Shares are the profit split. Hold the full allocation and you take nine tenths of what your organisation’s turnover earns; the company keeps one tenth.

M2 Casino Shareholder & Agent Plan

M2 opens platform profit to partners who bring players in. Profit goes into a shared pool kept separately per product, the pool is divided into 130 fixed shares, and each shareholder draws according to the turnover their own organisation generates.

How the Split Is Calculated

Formula自身组织洗码量 ÷ 公司总洗码量 × 该产品彩池盈利 ÷ 130 × 持股数

Every player’s win and loss flows into the pool for the product they played on. A shareholder takes the share of that pool matching their organisation’s turnover against total company turnover, then draws against the number of shares held — 130 shares equals 100%, one share equals 0.769%.

Winnings by players in a shareholder’s line are absorbed by the company. A shareholder never carries a negative: the only variable is how much they earn, never whether they owe.

Worked Example

Total company turnover1,000,000
Total company profit50,000

This organisation’s turnover200,000 ÷ 1,000,000 = 20%
Profit allocated to it20% × 50,000 = 10,000
Value of one share10,000 ÷ 130 shares = 76.923

Holding 40 shares76.923 × 40 = 3,076.92
Holding 20 shares76.923 × 20 = 1,538.46
Holding the full 11776.923 × 117 = 9,000.00 (maximum 90% allocation)

Allocation follows turnover rather than headcount, so income depends on how actively a line plays rather than on how many accounts have been registered under it.

Pools are kept per product: a shareholder takes a cut of the pool belonging to whichever game platform their line actually plays on, and turnover and profit are never mixed across platforms.

Two Separate Income Lines

Holding shares does not itself earn rebate — shareholding income comes only from the pool split described above. Rebate is a separate line: a shareholder normally registers a player account inside their own line for promotion, and it is that account which earns rebate from the players below it.

The same individual can hold shares and also hold a player account inside the line; the two income streams are calculated independently and do not affect each other.
